We design intelligent platforms, automate operations, and deploy business-specific AI modules that become the operational “brain” of each company.
We are growing fast, and we’re looking for a Project Manager / Product Engineer who can manage projects end-to-end while contributing to product structure, requirements, and system quality.
Role Overview
This is a hybrid role combining project management, product engineering, and technical coordination.
You will work directly with the founder, engineering teams, designers, and clients to turn ideas into structured products — from discovery → design → development → deployment.
Your job is to ensure that projects move fast, stay organized, maintain high quality, and deliver results on time.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Management & Execution
- Oversee multiple AI/tech projects simultaneously across different verticals (Accountack, Real Estate Brain, Hospitality GPT, Pharmacy Agents, etc.)
- Break high-level vision into actionable tasks, timelines, and sprints.
- Coordinate with backend, AI, and frontend teams to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain daily progress checks, blockers, priorities, and deliverable schedules.
- Create structured documentation, action plans, and project roadmaps.
- Manage updates, follow-ups, and internal communication.
2. Product Engineering & Requirements
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user flows, and technical specs.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and feasibility.
- Review designs, workflows, and system logic for quality and consistency.
- Build Figma-ready flows, feature requirements, and technical documentation for engineering.
- Identify gaps in logic, user experience, or system architecture and propose solutions.
3. Quality Assurance
- Test features before release to ensure they match requirements.
- Conduct functional testing, UX testing, and regression checks.
- Verify integrations, workflows, and system behavior across modules.
- Document bugs clearly and track them until resolution.
4. Communication & Leadership
- Serve as the connection between the founder, engineering team, and designers.
- Handle structured communication with clients when needed.
- Present updates, summaries, and technical explanations clearly.
- Ensure project alignment with Youtiva’s brand, quality, and standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in project management, technical coordination, or product management.
- Ability to translate business problems into product requirements.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, APIs, workflows, vector databases, or ML concepts (not expert level, but strong understanding).
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
- Comfortable working in high-speed, high-growth environments.
- Exceptional communication skills (clear, structured, organized).
- Experience creating documentation (PRDs, user flows, feature specs).
- Familiarity with tools like:
- Notion / ClickUp / Jira
- Figma
- Slack
- GitHub tracking (basic understanding)
