About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative Freelance UX/UI Designer to join our team on a project-by-project basis. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing seamless and engaging user experiences across a range of digital products and websites. This is a remote freelance role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to define user journeys, flows, and experiences.
• Design and prototype digital interfaces, websites, and platform components using Figma.
• Translate requirements and insights into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and design documentation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints and maintain brand alignment.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio of web and digital product work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with collaborative design workflows.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Comfortable working in an iterative, feedback-driven environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems and atomic design principles.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers.
• Motion design or prototyping tools (e.g., Protopie, Framer).
