About the Job

Youtech is looking for a talented Web Designer – Marketing to join our team. This position is full-time, in-house, and in office Monday–Friday. You will be responsible for designing high-impact, conversion-focused digital assets for our marketing clients, including landing pages, campaign creative, email templates, and supporting web experiences. The ideal candidate is a goal oriented designer with exceptional attention to detail, a sharp eye for conversion-driven design, and the ability to translate marketing strategy into visually compelling, performance-ready assets.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build conversion optimized landing pages for paid media, lead generation, and campaign initiatives across client accounts.
• Design responsive, on-brand email templates and campaign creative for email marketing programs.
• Develop campaign assets, microsites, and supporting web pages aligned to each client's brand and goals.
• Build and customize landing pages and websites on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and using Bootstrap, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and aesthetic appeal.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design workflows, ideation, and production efficiency.
• Apply UI/UX best practices and conversion principles (hierarchy, CTAs, page flow, form design) to every deliverable.
• Create design mock-ups in Figma for landing pages, emails, and campaign assets.
• Test and enhance the design and performance of existing landing pages and email templates to improve conversion and engagement.
• Integrate third-party marketing tools and platforms based on client needs (Klaviyo, Constant Contact, HubSpot, etc.).
• Participate in client meetings, including creative sessions, design reviews, demonstrations, and training.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Web Development, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience designing and building landing pages, marketing websites, and email campaigns using WordPress, Shopify, and Bootstrap.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.

• Proven expertise in front-end design fundamentals and conversion-driven UI/UX.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Firefly, or similar) to enhance design workflows and output.

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS with the ability to read and edit code.

• Solid understanding of UI/UX design and conversion rate optimization principles.

• Excellent design skills with the ability to adhere to client branding guidelines.

• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, with a track record of identifying problems proactively and proposing solutions.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate across departments.

• High self-motivation and a drive for delivering compelling, conversion focused designs.

• Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

• A strong visual and technical portfolio showcasing landing pages and campaign work.

• Strong ability to design with accessibility in mind.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WooCommerce and Shopify.

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or the broader Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience with additional platforms such as Webflow or Bootstrap.

• Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, PHP, Liquid, or similar) to support more advanced builds and customizations.

• Familiarity with common AI tools.
