Brand Manager

Yousef M. Haddad Company (YHC), one of Jordan’s leading beverage companies, is seeking a talented, creative, and results-driven Brand Manager to join our dynamic Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies and annual marketing plans to drive growth, profitability, and market share.
• Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, activations, and consumer engagement initiatives across multiple channels.
• Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all touchpoints, including trade activations, events, digital platforms, and promotional materials.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate brand performance, providing regular reports, recommendations, and actionable insights.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize A&P investments to maximize return on investment.
• Support supplier relationships and contribute to the development of long-term brand growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of brand building, consumer marketing, and trade activations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to develop professional presentations, brand plans, and business proposals.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience within FMCG, beverages, spirits, or international brands will be considered a strong advantage.
