Our Client is a leading Scale up in the Web3, Crypto and Fintech space, looking for an experienced Marketing Manager from the space with Startup/Scale up experience.

What You’ll Do - Senior Marketing Manager: Web3, Crypto, Fintech

• Own and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Conduct deep market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Apply consumer psychology insights to optimise engagement throughout the customer journey.
• Lead and scale a high-performing team of content creators, designers, and digital marketers.
• Manage and grow our SMI network to drive organic and viral growth.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns with data-backed decision-making.
• Leverage tools like analytics platforms to measure performance and refine strategies.
• Own marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI on paid and organic campaigns.

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid ads, content marketing, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms and social media tools.
