They are now seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of their marketing function and drive organic growth, digital strategy, and brand development to support their global ambitions.

The Role

The Senior Marketing Manager will report directly to senior leadership and will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy. The role requires a professional who can balance strategic planning with hands-on implementation, delivering impactful campaigns to improve lead generation, organic growth, and brand presence in the RegTech space.

Senior Marketing Manager RegTech SAAS (AML) - Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a B2B marketing strategy to align with the company’s goals and target audience within the RegTech industry.
• Drive organic growth through improved SEO, optimised website performance, and enhanced user journeys to increase engagement and conversion rates.
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies to ensure campaigns are aligned with the company’s objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Create and oversee a content marketing plan, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies, to establish thought leadership.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design targeted campaigns and provide supporting collateral that strengthens lead generation and nurturing efforts.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Zoho, leveraging insights to make data-driven improvements.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for event participation, awards submissions, and branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility.
• Work closely with internal teams, including product, UI/UX, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with customer needs and broader business objectives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to adapt and refine marketing strategies proactively.

RegTech SAAS (AML) - Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior B2B marketing role, ideally within the RegTech industry
• Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, analytics, and lead generation.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing strategic marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
• Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Zoho, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for producing impactful marketing materials.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
