About the Company
YourHR Partner is building an end-to-end AI recruiting platform designed to automate and optimize the entire hiring lifecycle, from initial outreach to final hiring decisions.
The platform is already live and in production, with capabilities including:
- Automated outbound recruiting at scale
- AI-driven candidate scoring and ranking
- Fully voiced AI-led interviews
- Automated pipeline movement and hiring decision workflows
We are now entering the next phase of growth focused on:
- Expanding inbound recruiting channels
- Enhancing real-time AI evaluation systems
- Strengthening platform reliability and scalability
- Consolidating full technical ownership in-house
About the Role
This is a Head of Platform-level role operating as a highly autonomous, single-owner engineering function.
You will take full ownership of a live AI system that directly impacts hiring outcomes across a growing user base. This is not a feature development role. This is a platform control, stabilization, and scale mandate.
You will be responsible for transitioning the system away from external dependencies, hardening infrastructure, and building a foundation capable of supporting rapid growth.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end platform architecture across backend, frontend, AI systems, and voice infrastructure
- AI-driven candidate scoring, tonality analysis, and decision logic systems
- Fully automated, voice-based AI interview workflows
- Inbound and outbound recruiting pipeline orchestration
- Cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance (including PII and voice data handling)
- System logging, monitoring, uptime, and operational reliability
- Documentation and knowledge centralization for long-term platform ownership
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven ownership of a production SaaS platform or system of similar complexity
- Strong backend engineering experience (Node.js / TypeScript preferred)
- Experience building or working with AI-driven systems (NLP, scoring models, decision engines, or voice systems)
- Experience with real-time or low-latency architectures
Preferred Experience
- Voice, speech, or conversational AI systems
- Recruiting, HR tech, or marketplace platforms
- AWS infrastructure, scaling, and reliability best practices
- Experience inheriting, stabilizing, or rebuilding existing production systems
