Senior PHP Developer – Join a Profitable E-commerce SaaS Scale-up (Remote EU)

Location: Remote-first (CET ±2) | Salary: €80–85K | Full-time

Are you a senior PHP developer who values clean code, practical solutions, and working with real impact?

We’re helping a fast-growing E-commerce SaaS company find someone like you – someone who enjoys owning systems end-to-end, working with smart people, and building tech that directly drives profits for online retailers.

Their platform powers POAS (Profit on Ad Spend) bidding, real-time profit dashboards, and tracking across Google and Meta – used by thousands of stores across Europe. This is serious backend work with clear business value.

This is a long-term opportunity – not a short-term contract – and you'll be joining the core product team with no fixed end date.

What You’ll Work On

• Develop and maintain PHP integrations with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento
• Own key backend services, APIs, and profit-sync workflows
• Work closely with product and customer-facing teams to make things work – and keep working
• Help define how data flows through the stack and how it impacts decisions
• Be part of a remote-first, senior-level team with minimal fluff and lots of responsibility

What They’re Looking For

• Strong backend experience in PHP
• Solid understanding of e-commerce APIs and integration work
• Confident writing APIs, scaling systems, and solving real-life problems
• Professional English and remote work experience
• Independent, reliable, and happy to work on things that matter

The Stack

• PHP (multi-framework), Redis, PostgreSQL, Docker
• Vue + TypeScript frontend
• Java (Spring Boot) services for tracking and crunching data
• Internal APIs, GA4, Meta integrations, self-hosted ELK stack
