Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketer based in Indonesia to lead, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with expertise in performance marketing, PPC advertising, social media ads, SEO, and conversion rate optimization. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through highly targeted campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other paid platforms.
- Optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, etc., to maximize ROI, reduce CAC, and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to enhance performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Work closely with the product, sales, and content teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
- Implement retargeting, audience segmentation, and lookalike audience strategies to drive engagement and sales.
- Optimize landing pages and website conversion rates using CRO best practices.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to achieve KPIs and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging ad creatives, landing page copy, and marketing materials that drive conversions.
- Provide insights on content performance and recommend strategies to improve engagement and lead generation.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
- Proven track record in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, and data analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page optimization.
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or SMB-focused marketing is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in content marketing and creative strategy is a plus.
