Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design process, transforming complex workflows into intuitive and engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms. Working closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and Data teams, you will play a key role in defining and delivering innovative, user-centric solutions that impact millions of users.

This role requires a strong combination of product thinking, UX expertise, and visual design excellence, with the ability to simplify complex systems and create scalable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, from research and discovery to implementation and iteration.
• Design intuitive user experiences across web and mobile applications.
• Create seamless user journeys for buyers, renters, investors, brokers, developers, and property owners.
• Design AI-powered product experiences, including:
• AI property search
• Instant property valuation tools
• AI sales and brokerage assistants
• Investment intelligence platforms
• Mortgage and financing journeys
• Conversational AI interfaces
• Build, maintain, and evolve Dwelleo’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer insights to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Leverage analytics and user feedback to continuously optimize the user experience.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a strong design culture across the organization.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional user experience and interface design skills.
• Experience designing SaaS products, marketplaces, or consumer-facing platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Experience building and managing scalable design systems.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and translate business requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered products and intelligent user experiences.
• Familiarity with conversational interfaces, AI assistants, and copilots.
• Previous experience within PropTech, FinTech, or marketplace environments.
• Knowledge of data visualization and analytics dashboard design.
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
• Hands-on experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
