About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and Creative Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor who Editor will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that strengthens York Towers’ brand identity and supports property sales, lead-generation campaigns, social media, exhibitions, events, outdoor activation materials, and corporate communications across GCC and international markets.

This role owns the full creative journey for a campaign, whether paid or organic: from concept and video treatment, through asset creation and storytelling, AI-assisted video generation where useful, editing and animation, adaptation for paid and social platforms, and production of multiple versions for testing.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Video Editing & Motion Graphics

· Edit short-form and long-form real estate videos for social media and digital campaigns (organic and paid).

·   Create Reels, property walkthroughs, project promotional videos, UGC-style ads, sales and corporate videos, event and exhibition recaps, and project launch videos.

·       Produce engaging motion graphics, animated text, transitions, maps, icons, charts, and infographics.

·       Add professional sound design, music, voiceovers, subtitles, and visual effects.

·       Repurpose existing footage into multiple creative formats for different platforms.

·       Use AI video generation tools to support the creative process where relevant.

2.     Performance Marketing Creative

· Develop multiple creative concepts for lead-generation campaigns based on different audiences, hooks, offers, project USPs, and stages of the customer journey.

3.     Social Media & Content Support

·  Collaborate with the content and social media teams to transform concepts, scripts, and campaign briefs into visual content.

·       Stay updated with current Reels, TikTok, UGC, motion graphics, and social media creative trends.

·       Convert marketing briefs into practical visual concepts.

·       Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

·       Take feedback professionally and make revisions efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

·  4+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.

·       Experience in real estate, property development, hospitality, architecture, luxury, investment, proptech, or other premium industries is highly preferred

·       Proven track record in motion graphics design and video editing, supported by a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

·       Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

·       Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and brand identity.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

·       Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Video Editors, Content Creators, and Graphic Designers to produce cohesive multimedia content.
