Overview
The Marketing Manager at our Startup is a strategic & data-driven professional, responsible for increasing brand awareness & driving user acquisition for all of the company’s business lines (sales, rentals, & short-term rentals).
Able to leverage AI-powered marketing tools to optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) & efficient achievement of all marketing targets. Reporting to the CBDO, he/she will lead the Marketing Growth, Branding & PR functions to achieve objectives for our launch in Q4 2025 & beyond.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & ROI Management: Develop & execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on achieving marketing objectives. Will be directly responsible for the marketing budget & demonstrating a clear ROI for all campaigns & marketing activities in plan, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet business goals.
- AI-Driven Performance Marketing: Utilize & optimize AI marketing tools to run the marketing operation. This includes leveraging AI for audience segmentation, SEM bid optimization, & content personalization to achieve web traffic, app download, conversion targets, and other activities with maximum efficiency.
- Brand & PR: Lead all branding initiatives & public relations efforts. Manage media relationships, secure high-impact features in industry publications & build company’s reputation as the leading digital real estate marketplace.
- User Acquisition & Growth: Drive user growth through multi-channel marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media, content marketing, & email campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, & lead a high-performing marketing team. Foster a data-driven culture & ensure alignment with sales & business development teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing role, preferably within a tech, e-commerce, or proptech company.
- Demonstrated success in building brand equity from the ground up.
- Proven track record in scaling users’ acquisition & increasing web traffic & app downloads.
- Extensive experience with AI marketing tools & platforms.
- Proven track record of managing budgets & demonstrating a positive ROI on marketing activities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
