About The Role

We're seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our AI team in transforming the real estate landscape. You’ll be responsible for building predictive models and extracting market insights from real estate data to support investment decisions and platform intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning models for:
• Property price prediction (sale and rent)
• Time-to-liquidate estimations
• Fake listing detection
• Investment insights and market recommendations
• Perform feature engineering using diverse real estate datasets
• Evaluate model performance using metrics like RMSE, MAE, and AUC
• Collaborate with ML and Data Engineers to deploy models to production

Required Skills

• Strong Python skills with libraries like Scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy
• Experience with TensorFlow or Keras for deep learning
• Hands-on experience with Databricks (Notebooks + MLflow)
• Familiarity with AWS S3, SageMaker, or EC2 for model training and storage
• Experience with real estate or financial datasets is a plus

Experience Level

• 3+ years in data science or applied machine learning
• Prior work in real estate, fintech, or similar domains is preferred
