Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location:Remote

Start Date: Immediate

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organised Marketing & Digital Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this mid-level role, you will play a pivotal part in executing marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and drive engagement across digital channels.

Working both independently and collaboratively, you will be responsible for managing content creation, digital campaigns, event marketing, and analytics reporting. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in marketing who’s looking to take the next step in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, CRM, and website channels
  • Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and blogs, including graphics using Canva or Adobe InDesign
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram
  • Monitor and improve website content for SEO and user engagement
  • Maintain and update the company website (WordPress)
  • Coordinate and support marketing requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Design and update marketing materials including flyers, infographics, ads, and other collateral
  • Track and report marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and promoting events such as seminars, webinars, CPDs, and client functions
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and multimedia content creation
  • Manage sponsorships, partnerships, and event merchandise
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns
  • Assist in publishing lawyer/staff profiles and coordinating PR activities
  • Handle various ad hoc marketing tasks as required

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role

  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong flair for writing and storytelling

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality content

  • Proficiency with tools and platforms including:

  • Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Buffer)

  • Content creation (Canva, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop)

  • Email marketing (Mailchimp)

  • SEO/Analytics (SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Ads)

  • CMS and Web (WordPress)

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with professional services or legal marketing
  • Familiarity with video tools like Vimeo and basic editing skills
  • Event planning or sponsorship experience
