Job Summary

Design and create visually appealing templates for presentations, reports, and guides. Develop custom layouts, graphics, and diagrams to simplify complex information. Ensure consistency across projects with style guides, and create polished visuals for instructional materials. Assist in website design and the sale of digital assets on platforms like Squarespace, Creative Market, and Etsy, while managing multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce visually appealing templates for: presentations, reports, systems and process guides.
• Create custom layouts, graphics, charts, and diagrams that simplify complex concepts and make information easy to follow.
• Develop templates and style guides for consistent document and presentation designs across various projects.
• Create polished, professional visuals for instructional materials, process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in the design and development of websites and the sale of digital assets using platforms such as Squarespace, Creative Market and Etsy.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with efficiency and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on document design, presentations, and process documentation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva for creating high-quality assets.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint & Word).
• Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory and visual hierarchy.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design clear, professional and visually appealing documents and presentations.
• Experience working with systems and processes and translating them into engaging and easy-to-follow visuals.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with AutoCAD for creating technical drawings or diagrams. Drafting experience will be looked upon favourably.
• Experience designing training or instructional materials and simplifying complex systems.
