About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer with strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and LLMs to build and deploy scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has hands-on experience with both research and production-grade ML systems, and can translate complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML and AI solutions including predictive modeling, NLP, and computer vision applications.
- Build LLM-powered pipelines for text, creative, and conversational AI use cases.
- Develop scalable data pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) to handle real-time and batch data.
- Apply advanced statistical, algebraic, and machine learning techniques to solve business-critical problems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI-driven insights and tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualization tools for stakeholders using Tableau, Plotly, or Dash.
- Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI/ML research and bring innovative ideas into production.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science / ML Engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, SQL, with experience in PyTorch/TensorFlow.
- Proven expertise in machine learning (classification, regression, clustering, NLP, deep learning, CNNs).
- Proficiency in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and time-series forecasting.
- Experience building and deploying ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, ggplot).
- Strong ability to translate data into business insights and operational improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with LLMs and generative AI frameworks.
- Track record of contributing to open-source ML/AI projects.
- Experience applying ML/AI to real-world data challenges such as content analysis, anomaly detection, or predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
