Project Timeline
- Start Date: July 26th
- Duration: 6 weeks
- Commitment: Part-time, ~20 hours/week
- Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous - flexible working hours
Compensation & Contract
- Hourly Rate: $75-100/hr (USD), depending on experience
- Status: Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day review and QA of AI-generated sales & marketing outputs: evaluate copy, campaign briefs, email sequences, landing page content, and reports for accuracy, tone, and alignment with briefs. Provide clear annotations and corrective edits.
- Labeling and feedback: tag common error types, capture example prompts that produce high-quality outputs, and submit structured feedback tickets to the AI/product team to improve models and prompt templates.
- Create and deliver assets: produce customer-ready deliverables such as onboarding playbooks, interview guides, campaign idea decks, sample sequences, and short style guides. Expected deliverables include weekly bundles of reviewed assets and at least one playbook or campaign brief per sprint.
- Calibrate AI decision-making: design and test prompt templates, contribute to rule sets for campaign generation, and run small-scale A/B experiments to compare AI variants and identify improvements.
- Collaboration and documentation: work asynchronously with product, engineering, and AI teams to prioritize issues, document reproducible examples of failures/successes, and maintain a living repository of best practices and playbooks.
- Triage and escalation: identify high-impact failures (e.g., factual inaccuracies, compliance risks), escalate appropriately, and propose mitigations or temporary guardrails.
- Stakeholder communication: present weekly progress updates including key findings, recommended fixes, and example outputs; align on priorities with product and go-to-market stakeholders.
- Success metrics you will own: improve AI output accuracy (reduce post-edit rate by target %), increase asset throughput (number of high-quality assets delivered per week), decrease average post-edit time, and demonstrate measurable uplift in campaign performance or stakeholder satisfaction from recommended changes.
