YMX is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Director to join our dynamic marketing team.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-oriented storyteller who excels in project management and cross-functional activities. You will possess a strong background in the supply chain and logistics industry, as well as a passion for sustainability and innovation. You are also a HubSpot power user, prioritizing the creation and capture of demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Deeply understand YMX's buyers, ecosystem, and markets.
Execution of GTM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and pipeline generation.
Data-Driven Storytelling: Use data, customer insights, and market trends to build compelling narratives and visual content that fuel marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
Sales Enablement: Deliver world-class collateral (sales decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, and case studies) and technical documentation that drives sales effectiveness and shortens deal cycles.
Content creation and distribution: Own the content plan and calendar, including the YMX blog, social media channels, newsletters, industry reports, and PR.
Manage vendors across multiple channels: Paid ads, Social, Email, Live Events, Webinars, Website, SEO, Direct Mail, and Sponsorships.
Plan, promote, and execute field marketing programs that include virtual events (Happy Hour and Premier events) and live in-person events (Lunch and Learn, Workshops), as well as partner/customer marketing events and creative gifting initiatives that align with campaign and regional objectives.
Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to support ABM programs with aligned content and campaigns.
Analyze full-funnel data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to inform investment decisions (channels, campaigns, and programs), extract key insights, and recommend actionable steps.
