About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact product initiatives in the AI productivity space. This is a strategic, full-time leadership role designed for a product thinker who can drive 0→1 innovation and scale products from 1→10 with strong ownership and execution excellence.

The ideal candidate will translate ambitious business goals into measurable product outcomes, drive cross-functional collaboration, and build next-generation AI-powered consumer experiences. This role requires deep product intuition, structured thinking, strong growth orientation, and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company vision and long-term growth objectives.
• Identify emerging consumer use cases within AI productivity and conversational AI ecosystems.
• Drive clear product differentiation in a highly competitive AI landscape.
• Lead product initiatives from ideation and validation (0→1) through scale (1→10).

Consumer Growth & Retention

• Optimize activation, engagement, and retention funnels to maximize user lifecycle value.
• Enhance onboarding flows and prompt experiences to increase product adoption.
• Design engagement loops including multi-model comparison systems, personalization features, and AI persona frameworks.
• Drive product-led growth strategies to improve subscription conversion and revenue expansion.

Data & Experimentation

• Define, track, and optimize key metrics including DAU/MAU, retention cohorts, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ARPU.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives across UX, pricing, feature releases, and monetization strategies.
• Leverage analytics tools and user insights to inform roadmap prioritization and product decisions.

AI Product Thinking

• Shape intuitive user experiences across multiple large language models (LLMs).
• Optimize multi-model comparison workflows for clarity and differentiated value.
• Improve prompt enhancement flows and automation systems.
• Drive innovation in AI persona (“Avatar”) frameworks tailored to user needs.
• Contribute to building next-generation conversational AI interfaces.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, and Marketing teams.
• Translate business objectives into structured PRDs with measurable success criteria.
• Ensure timely, high-quality product releases.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, ownership-driven startup environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of product-led growth mechanics.
• Exceptional structured thinking and execution capability.
• Experience in high-ownership, fast-paced startup environments.
• Technical fluency to work closely with engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI or LLM-powered products.
• Experience in subscription-based consumer applications.
• Familiarity with conversational UX and AI-driven interfaces.
• Strong background in experimentation frameworks and growth analytics.
