The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Web Designer to join our creative crew on a 3-month contract, working across a range of exciting client projects. This is your chance to collaborate with a talented team who care deeply about the work they do — where every design decision has purpose, and attention to detail is everything.

This role is fully remote — we’re open to exceptional designers wherever you are in the world (as long as you have excellent English and some timezone overlap with the UK).

Depending on performance and project pipeline, there’s the potential for an extension beyond the initial contract.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading web design projects — from UX concepts to polished UI, delivering stunning, high-performing designs that hit the brief (and then some).
Collaborating closely with our design and dev teams — sharing ideas, jumping in where needed, and bringing creative solutions to the table.
Designing digital assets — from web graphics and social media visuals to pitch decks and presentation slides.
Championing brand consistency — making sure every design feels purposeful, aligned, and beautifully crafted.
Problem-solving in real time — adapting to project needs and helping to streamline how we work.
Communicating your ideas with clarity — confidently presenting designs and rationale to both internal teams and clients.

What We’re Looking For

An exceptional portfolio — packed with high-end website designs that showcase your creativity, UX thinking, and attention to detail.
Master of Figma & Adobe Suite — skilled across UX/UI tools, with a sharp eye for responsive design.
Pixel-perfect and proud — you care deeply about the craft, from typography to micro-interactions.
A team player who lifts others up — collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in sharing ideas and feedback.
Commercially switched on — you understand how good design drives performance, not just aesthetics.
Strong grasp of web development principles — no need to code, but you know how to design with developers (and WordPress) in mind.

Contract Details

Fixed-term contract: 3 months, full-time commitment
Fully remote — open to global applicants
Competitive day rate: in the region of ~£250 per day (based on experience and location)
Potential to extend based on performance and project needs
