About the Role

As our Brand & Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice of our platform across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels. Your mission? To craft and execute a brand strategy that resonates with Gen Z, drives engagement, and sparks meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Create and shape our identity across B2C channels to connect with a new Gen Z audience across the country.
  • Social Media Management: Grow our presence on key platforms with innovative content.
  • Content Creation: Produce fun, engaging content that captures attention—think videos, memes, and stories!
  • Community Engagement: Foster an active online community by responding to trends and conversations.
  • Influencer Strategy: Collaborate with influencers and creators to amplify our reach.
  • Campaign Execution: Launch creative campaigns that drive awareness and user growth.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Analyze performance metrics to refine our strategies.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of digital and cultural trends to keep our brand fresh and relevant.

About You

  • Social Media Native: You live and breathe TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Creative Storyteller: You know how to craft narratives that captivate and engage.
  • Strategic Thinker: You blend creativity with data-driven decisions.
  • Community Builder: You love connecting with people and fostering engagement.
  • Trend-Savvy: You’re always in the know about what’s hot and happening in internet culture.
  • Collaborative Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, brand marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven success in engaging Gen Z audiences.
  • Strong skills in content creation and digital storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
