Yamm is a pioneering return and refund system for online stores. Our focus is on leveraging advanced technology to deliver top-notch solutions to businesses operating in the e-commerce space.

You will be working on a next-generation Fintech platform for eCommerce return management and are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our core team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile interfaces (from wireframes to final visual assets).
Conduct user research, define personas, and translate insights into product design decisions.
Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of design.
Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Tailwind, React, or Vue) to communicate effectively with developers.
Experience creating interactive prototypes and design systems.
Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and visual storytelling skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience in design hand-off and version control (Zeplin, Storybook, or GitHub).
Basic understanding of analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
