Job Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 3 to 5 years in project management
  3. Proven success managing multiple long-running, complex agile projects in parallel.
  4. Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute (PMI), or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
  5. Project management expertise (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  6. Advanced in Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office suite
  7. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  8. Effective in fast-paced, matrixed environments
  9. Successful record of on-time, on-budget project delivery
  10. Collaborative team player
  11. Works well independently and cross-functionally
  12. Clear written and verbal communicator
  13. Values strong relationships
  14. Adept at de-escalating issues
  15. Highly organized
  16. Functions well with ambiguity
  17. Experienced with data analytics return on investment (ROI) reporting
  18. Willingness to travel as needed
  19. Prior experience leading and delivering CRM, Enterprise Systems, and Business Strategy projects
  20. Proven track record for autonomously leading and delivering 3 to 5 complex projects
  21. High degree of professional confidence and credibility to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
  22. Strong sense of internal customer service and adaptability.
  23. Collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and teaching others.
  24. Strong understanding of SDLC and digital transformation principles.

Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you play a critical role in delivering measurable business outcomes through business strategy and technical projects. Working under the guidance of the Director of the Project Management Office, this position ensures alignment with YCH’s business and digital strategy and objectives. This role will lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams and leveraging industry-standard methodologies to deliver on time, within scope, and within budget.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning & Execution
  2. Develop detailed project plans, including RACIs, scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  3. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  4. Apply PMO-approved methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) for consistency and quality.
  5. Governance & Compliance
  6. Enforce PMO standards, templates, and best practices across all projects.
  7. Maintain accurate documentation on Confluence and in Jira for audits and compliance purposes.
  8. Ensure projects adhere to organizational policies and regulatory requirements
  9. Risk & Issue Management
  10. Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
  11. Track and resolve issues promptly to minimize project disruption.
  12. Escalate critical risks to leadership only when necessary.
  13. Resource & Budget Oversight
  14. Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects.
  15. Monitor budgets, control costs, and produce financial reports for stakeholders.
  16. Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
  17. Stakeholder Communication
  18. Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, PMO leadership, and business stakeholders.
  19. Provide regular status updates, presentations, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  20. Facilitate clear communication to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
  21. Continuous Improvement
  22. Conduct project reviews and lessons-learned (retrospective) sessions.
  23. Recommend process improvements to enhance PMO maturity.
  24. Support training and mentoring for project managers and team members

  33. Must adhere to all company policies.
  34. Examine documents, materials, and products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications.
  35. Follow all SOPs in a given area.
  36. Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager and/or designee.
