Freelance Senior Web Designer

About the Role

Y&B Digital is a boutique studio focused on high-end web design and Webflow development. We are looking for a skilled Designer to become our long-term partner for ongoing projects.

You will work closely with the Art Director but will have full ownership of the design execution. We need a "doer" who understands deadlines and quality.

• Has 4+ years of experience in web design.
• Brings Agency Experience and understands the pace of client work.
• Masters Figma and Adobe CC.
• Delivers organized files, ready for smooth developer handoff.
• Respects deadlines and communicates proactively.

What We Would Love to See

Please avoid sending just "pretty shots." We value process.

• Case Studies: Show the problem, your thinking, and the solution.
• UX Documentation: Wireframes, flows, and sitemaps are a huge plus.
• Real Work: Live websites are preferred over concepts.
