Position Overview
As a Visual Content Designer with a focus on photo and video assets, you will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our clients' brand identities and marketing objectives. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to conceptualise, develop, and deliver engaging photo and video assets that captivate audiences and drive conversions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, target audience, and creative direction.
- Conceptualize and develop innovative ideas for photo and video content that aligns with clients' brand identities and marketing objectives.
- Capture high-quality visuals that effectively communicate clients' messages and evoke desired emotions.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance visual appeal and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Paid Ads copywriters to develop assets
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in photography and videography.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new client projects and campaign strategies.
Maintain organised files and documentation of all photo and video assets for future reference and reuse.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in visual content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Strong creative vision and ability to translate concepts into visually compelling photo and video assets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving project requirements and client feedback. Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning in the field of visual content creation.
