About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives on execution as much as design. The right candidate will play a key role in shaping user experiences across on-premise hardware, SaaS solutions, and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design processes, from concept to high-fidelity execution.
Conduct user research, persona development, and user journey mapping to create intuitive experiences.
Apply Lean UX principles to rapidly iterate and validate designs.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and executive leadership to align design solutions with business goals.
Ensure seamless transition from design to development, incorporating Material UI best practices.
Maintain consistency in UI/UX design across platforms and products.
Advocate for a user-centric approach in all product decisions.

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication).
5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful designs.
Expertise in Figma and proficiency in design systems, interaction design, and accessibility best practices.
Solid understanding of Material UI and ability to work closely with developers for seamless handoff.
Experience designing for hardware interfaces, SaaS platforms, and mobile applications.
Strong facilitation skills for conducting user journey mapping and persona workshops.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute efficiently without hand-holding.
A data-driven mindset, leveraging research, testing, and analytics to refine designs.
