About The Role
As our Marketing Operations & Data Analyst, you'll be the engine driving efficiency and insight within our marketing and sales efforts. Your primary purpose will be to optimize our processes and leverage data to fuel strategic decisions and improve overall performance. By expertly managing our HubSpot platform, implementing smart automations, and providing crucial data analysis, you'll directly contribute to XTIUM's Co.'s success in reaching its goals and connecting effectively with our audience.
Job Responsibilities
- HubSpot Marketing Hub Management: Serve as a subject matter expert for HubSpot Marketing Hub, including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Workflow and Automation Development: Design, build, implement, and manage automated workflows and processes within HubSpot to streamline marketing and sales activities.
- Email Sequence Management: Create, manage, and optimize automated email sequences for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Contact Database Management: Oversee the health and integrity of the HubSpot and ZoomInfo contact database, including segmentation, list creation, and data hygiene.
- Email Contact Database Management: Proactively manage and segment email contact lists for targeted marketing campaigns and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Data Scrubbing and Cleansing: Regularly perform data scrubbing and cleansing activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date records for sales, within HubSpot and for data provisioning for ABM.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Data Table and Pivot Table Expertise: Proficiently work with data tables and create insightful pivot tables in Excel and potentially within HubSpot reporting tools to visualize and interpret data.
- HubSpot Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards within HubSpot to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales activities.
- Data Tables and Enrichment: Experience with Clay or air table, particularly in data orchestration, enrichment, and campaign building, is highly preferred and should have strong understanding of how to leverage Clay to automate workflows and enhance data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Automation and Integrations: Identify opportunities for automation across marketing and sales processes and implement integrations between HubSpot, ZoomInfo and other relevant business systems.
- Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills, including a strong understanding of formulas and functions, for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to marketing and sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest features and updates within HubSpot and the broader marketing technology landscape.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of proven experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a data analysis role within a marketing/sales environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub, with a deep understanding of its various features and functionalities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formula creation, data manipulation, and the creation of pivot tables.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing automated workflows and email sequences.
- Proven ability to manage and segment large contact databases.
- Strong understanding of data tools like ZoomInfo, Infotelligent, Salesloft etc
- Experience with data scrubbing and data quality management.
- Solid understanding of marketing and sales analytics principles and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with automation and integrations between marketing/sales platforms and other business systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
