The Opportunity

We seek a Senior UI/UX & Graphic Designer to own our product and brand design vision. You’ll lead the creation of intuitive interfaces for AI platforms, define our visual identity, and mentor junior talent. This is a 100% remote, impact-driven role for a strategic designer passionate about shaping AI’s future.

Professional English fluency is mandatory for global collaboration.

What You Will Own

• Design Leadership: Drive end-to-end UX/UI for XSIS AI products—from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.
• Brand Strategy: Develop and scale visual identities across marketing campaigns, social media, and investor materials (decks, whitepapers, event assets).
• User Advocacy: Conduct user testing and translate technical AI capabilities into frictionless, accessible experiences for enterprise clients.
• Process Innovation: Establish design best practices, tools, and workflows for a fast-growing tech team.
• Mentorship: Guide junior designers and collaborate with product/dev teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

What You Bring

• Proven Expertise: 5+ years in UI/UX + visual design, with a portfolio showcasing B2B/SaaS products and complex data interfaces.
• Technical Mastery: Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (e.g., ProtoPie, Framer). Bonus: Motion graphics (After Effects) or 3D design.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints—with case studies demonstrating impact.
• AI/ML Fluency: Experience designing for AI-driven products (e.g., dashboards, analytics tools, workflow automations).
• Communication: Fluent English with executive-level presentation skills.
• Remote Excellence: Self-driven workflow with overlap across US/EU/MENA time zones.

Essential Requirements

• Portfolio: Must include 2–3 detailed case studies showing your design process (problem → solution → outcome).
• Leadership: Experience mentoring designers or leading cross-functional projects.
