The UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating exceptional digital experiences that seamlessly blend usability, aesthetics, and functionality. The UX/UI Designer is responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring that products are easy to navigate and visually engaging. UX/UI Designer should have a strong background in user research, user interface design, and user experience principles. The UX/UI Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the products are intuitive, user-friendly, and customer-focused.

Essential Job Functions

Develop and implement user-centered design solutions that meet user and business needs.
Conduct user research and apply insights to design, iteratively test, and improve digital products.
Develop high-quality, interactive, and visually compelling user interfaces and user experiences.
Define and implement design decisions that will impact the digital user experience across all products.
Communicate design ideas, user flows, and prototypes through wireframes, storyboards, and user flows.
Create interactive prototypes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to ensure alignment on design goals.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Manage the entire design process from ideation to delivery, including prototyping, user testing, and final design.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education And/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in UX/UI design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
Demonstrated experience with responsive design for web and mobile applications.
Experience with user research methods, such as persona development, journey-mapping, and user testing.
Proficient in design tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Solid understanding of user research methods, including persona development, journey-mapping, and user testing techniques.
Mortgage experience desired
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable providing and receiving feedback for design processes.
