We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a high level of proficiency in leveraging Adobe Creative Suite to craft visually compelling designs. As a key contributor, the Graphic Designer will be instrumental in developing creative solutions that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our messages.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend project requirements and transform them into visually impactful designs.
• Be an expert in creative tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma to create high-quality graphics and layouts across diverse media, such as marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and website elements.
• Stay abreast of design trends, tools, and industry best practices, ensuring our designs remain cutting-edge and resonate with our audience.
• Uphold brand consistency throughout all design projects and platforms.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and project specifications, working collaboratively to achieve desired outcomes.
• Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating the ability to thrive under high-volume workloads and meet tight agency and client deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency environment.
• Proven track record as a Graphic Designer, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing versatility across various design projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and Figma (as a minimum)
• Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a discerning eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing a high volume of work and meeting tight agency and client deadlines.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design is required.
