Providing technical expertise in database/data system development and data infrastructure setup.
Collecting/consolidating data from various sources and organizing them into usable formats.
Using statistical tools to derive meaningful information/insights from raw business data and analyzing data to find answers to specific questions.
Assessing quality and meanings of data and cleansing corrupted data for integrity and accuracy.
Creating data visualizations and reports for other stakeholders to comprehend business facts and trends to make better decisions.
Working with relevant stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
Creating appropriate documentation that allows others to understand data analysis processes and steps to foster wide adoption of data processing techniques.
Liaising with various departments and internal stakeholders to create collaborative work relationships – understand their data requirements, propose the solutions, advocate the team values, obtain their supports when required, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or equivalent disciplines.
3+ years of experience as a data/BI analyst or in a related field with good understanding and hand-on experience in data warehouse development.
Proven skills in Microsoft Power BI and Power Query, Power Pivot, Data Model, DAX, Visual Reporting, etc.
Proficient in Azure SQL database, Data factory and common ELT/ETL tools.
Good knowledge of relational database management system and SQL language.
5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry with good knowledge of electronics components and materials, manufacturing operation and supply chain management.
Good knowledge of Product BOM, PLM and ERP systems SAP, Oracle, etc.
Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills - the ability to analyze, model and interpret data, identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
Experience in Engineering Documentation & Control is desirable.
Experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Dataverse, Lists, Teams, etc. is desirable.
