We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Product Team - someone who wants to shape the future of our products, advocate for users, and translate customer and partner needs into meaningful product and business decisions.

What you'll be doing

✨ Work on a suite of Xopero products.

✨ Be responsible for ensuring that our users have a great end-to-end experience.

✨ Plan and conduct exploratory user research, usability testing, and discovery activities.

✨ Design pixel-perfect interfaces in Figma.

✨ Shape and own the Xopero Design System and design guidelines across products.

✨ Turn actionable research insights into concepts, user flows, wireframes, and low- and high-fidelity prototypes to facilitate feedback from our users and your product team.

✨ Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to prioritize initiatives that deliver the greatest value to users.

✨ Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define problems, align stakeholders, and identify the most effective solutions.

✨ Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, interactions, and user experiences across our products.

✨ Promote design thinking within the product organization by involving cross-functional teams in design activities and decision-making.

✨ Mentor and support other designers while helping to strengthen and scale design culture across the company.

This role may be a great fit if you

✔ Have at least 5 years of experience designing digital products as a UX/UI or Product Designer

✔ Are an advocate for user-centered design and can effectively communicate UX principles across teams

✔ Have strong expertise in usability testing, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design

✔ Have experience creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems

✔ Have hands-on experience conducting both qualitative research and usability testing

✔ Can demonstrate a mature design process through a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work through multiple case studies

✔ Are passionate about designing complex B2B, SaaS, enterprise products and have examples to show us

✔ Ability to define projects and measures of success, test your assumptions and

outcomes, and continuously incorporate feedback

✔ Use AI tools effectively in your design workflow and can demonstrate how they improve your work.

✔ Are committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

✔ Tactically and timely deliver complex, high quality outputs on multiple projects at a time

You'll stand out if you also have

What we offer

📄 Employment contract (UoP) or B2B cooperation;

💰 Employment contract: PLN 13 300–16 600 gross/month;

💰 B2B: PLN 95–120 net/hour + VAT;

⏰ Full-time position;

🌍 Working languages: Polish and English.
