Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join Xogito and elevate our brand visibility in the digital space. As a key member of our team, you will drive marketing strategies to showcase our expertise in delivering innovative digital solutions, including web, mobile, and AI-powered applications for clients across industries like healthcare, e-commerce, and education.
This role is pivotal in making Xogito’s work stand out, amplifying our presence in the U.S. market, and engaging global audiences through compelling campaigns. The ideal candidate brings deep marketing expertise, social media prowess, and fluency in leveraging AI tools to create impactful narratives, while collaborating seamlessly with designers, internal teams, and clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Xogito’s services, ensuring our work in software development, AI solutions, and digital transformation is highly visible.
- Manage and optimize social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram) to engage audiences, drive brand awareness, and showcase our portfolio.
- Create high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social media campaigns) that highlights Xogito’s technical expertise and client success stories.
- Collaborate with designers and internal teams to produce visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials.
- Engage with clients to understand their industries and tailor marketing efforts that align with their needs and Xogito’s solutions.
- Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., analytics platforms, content generators, or automation software) to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Stay ahead of marketing trends, particularly in the U.S. market, and propose innovative approaches to strengthen Xogito’s positioning.
- Ensure all communications are polished, professional, and delivered in perfect English.
Required Experience & Knowledge
Mandatory:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
- Proven expertise in social media strategy and execution across major platforms.
- Strong experience in the U.S. market, with an understanding of its marketing dynamics and audience preferences.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling content and drive brand visibility.
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., HubSpot, Jasper, or similar) to enhance marketing workflows.
Nice to Have:
- Experience marketing technology or software development services.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing in industries like healthcare, e-commerce, or education.
- Background in collaborating with creative teams (e.g., designers, videographers) to produce multimedia campaigns.

Required Education & Qualifications
