The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, data-driven Marketing Project Manager to help us scale our operations and elevate team productivity. You’ll be the central force driving project execution across our store, marketing, and operations teams.

This is not just a management job — it's a growth seat. You’ll work directly with the founder and play a pivotal role in shaping the systems behind a multi-million-dollar brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 🛒 E-commerce Operations: Oversee product listing quality, manage the store team, and enforce SEO best practices.
2. 🔍 SEO Oversight: Coordinate with our SEO agency, audit performance, and maintain keyword/content alignment across store pages.
3. 📲 Social Media Coordination: Review content strategy and posting schedules; manage editors and content pipelines.
4. 🎯 Team Leadership: Optimize task prioritization, build team accountability systems, and create SOPs for all repeatable operations.
5. 🤝 Customer Experience Oversight: Monitor support interactions and guide the team toward best-in-class service.
6. 📈 Project Launch & Optimization: Initiate and manage key marketing or process-improvement projects from start to finish.
7. 📊 System Development: Build task tracking dashboards and process automation via tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or Airtable.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience managing marketing or e-commerce projects.
2. Strong understanding of Shopify, digital marketing, and content workflows.
3. Experience managing remote teams and freelancers.
4. Operational thinker — obsessed with clarity, delegation, and efficiency.
5. Skilled in Google Sheets (formulas, dashboards, data).
6. Experience with tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Airtable.
7. Bonus: background in SEO, influencer marketing, or content editing.
