Who you are

We are on the lookout for a hardworking and passionate Social Media marketeer, with a strong interest in music, events, and clubbing culture with fluency in one (or more) European languages.
As a Social Media Intern at Xceed, you will have the incredible opportunity to work alongside our dynamic marketing team and contribute to the success of our brand. We believe in the power of social media to connect, inspire, and engage our audience, and we're seeking a creative mind who can help us elevate our social media presence to new heights.

What will you do

• Work on the social media strategy and execution together with the marketing manager.
• Reasearch topics and social media content planning and execution: dive deep into market trends, consumer behavior, industry insights, etc. to identify incredible content for our social media.
• Create content for social media channels: whether it's sourcing captivating photos, creating and editing captivating videos, or designing static assets, you will be crafting content for our social media channels.
• Community management (if needed): as our social media presence grows, so does the need for nurturing our online community by engaging with our audience through comments, queries, and connections.
• Supporting other B2C marketing areas such as blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing initiatives.
• Reaching out to current and potential partners to launch co-marketing campaigns.

What we are looking for

• Capability to enroll in an internship agreement.
• Fluency in English and at least a mid-level of Spanish. Other European languages are welcome!
• Studying journalism, marketing, design, or similar.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop (PS), Video editing skills is a must.
• If you have experience in Keynote or Figma, is pretty welcome!
• Having a passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Studying Graphic Design and other creative majors is a plus
• Interest in music (especially electronic) and the going out culture
• Interest in technology and start-ups would be a plus
• Passion for what you do: whether it’s partying or work, our heart is in it!
• A humble attitude and a good sense of humor are a must ;)
