We’ve partnered exclusively with a fast-scaling digital platform in the online entertainment space—a Tier-1 online gambling company experiencing massive growth—to identify a Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in Marketing Analytics. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape advanced data initiatives across customer segmentation, model optimization, campaign performance, and lifetime value (LTV) analysis.
Our client is undergoing a major rebuild of their analytics and data infrastructure, investing heavily in both their product and marketing science capabilities. You’ll play a key role in driving data-informed decisions at scale within a performance-driven environment.
This role can be offered as either a full-time position or a 12-month rolling contract, depending on your preference. It’s an exciting opportunity to join a well-funded, data-first organization at a critical point of transformation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to address marketing and user behavior challenges, including segmentation, targeting strategies, and campaign measurement.
- Lead statistical testing and experimentation, including A/B testing and design of experiments, to evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., growth, product, CRM) to understand business goals, conduct end-to-end data analysis, and present clear, actionable recommendations.
- Build, maintain, and automate scalable reporting tools and dashboards to monitor performance KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and customer trends.
- Prioritize and manage multiple data science projects, clearly communicating progress and outcomes to internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, models, and documentation standards while staying up-to-date with the latest tools and methodologies in data science and analytics.
What They’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science).
- 3–5 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or marketing analytics roles.
- Proven ability to work with large-scale data and apply statistical or machine learning techniques to real-world business problems.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency with Python (or similar) for data manipulation and model development.
- Familiarity with CRM and UA (User Acquisition) analytics, campaign tracking tools, and performance marketing data.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex data and deliver clear insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in a fast-paced, consumer-focused industry is preferred. Background in digital entertainment, online platforms, or gaming is a bonus.
