THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager, at Xactly, you’ll be responsible for developing integrated marketing campaigns that effectively position, promote, and drive demand for Xactly’s secure, cloud-based incentive compensation and performance management solutions. In this role, the candidate will closely partner with the digital channels for demand generation that drive Xactly's business goals. Today, these channels include SEM, SEO, display, retargeting, paid social, content syndication, events, email (outbound and nurture), and webcasts. Create and deliver marketing campaigns with compelling creative, designed to achieve demand generation goals (MQLs and SSO (Sales Sourced Opportunities)). Develop and execute a strategic 12-month marketing program, focused on the enterprise segment , which unify multiple tactic types (digital programs, in-person events, industry trade shows, and direct marketing) in a single, integrated plan. Oversee the development of demand generation assets (banners, social ads, landing pages, email copy, etc.). Plan and execute on new acquisition and cross-sell marketing campaigns that achieve demand generation targets. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, with the purpose of improving resource allocation, scalability, ROI and pipeline generation.

THE TEAM

Our Marketing Team at Xactly consists of professionals with diverse experience spanning both large enterprise organizations and startup environments.. We bring a myriad of ideas, tactics, and strategies from our backgrounds to drive top of the funnel lead activity and pipeline. We partner across all marketing functions, including lead generation, product, and the sales organization to ensure our go-to-market strategy is supported through the right marketing campaigns and programs to drive top of funnel volume and support company growth. What You Bring

  • 8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience developing integrated campaigns for enterprise audiences with complex sales cycles
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Marketo/HubSpot/Pardot) and Salesforce for lead management and campaign tracking
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO, display, paid social, email campaigns, and event marketing (trade shows, webinars)
  • Proven experience developing and executing target account Marketing programs for enterprise accounts
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, 6Sense, Bombora) and multi-touch attribution modeling to measure pipeline influence
  • Experience overseeing creation of campaign assets including banners, social ads, landing pages, email copy, and marketing materials
  • Strong A/B testing, campaign optimization, and ROI analysis skills with budget management experience
  • Experience with customer lifecycle marketing across acquisition, expansion, and retention campaigns
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing and Revenue Operations teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Understanding of sales compensation/performance management solutions and enterprise software buying processes preferred
  • Experience developing strategic 12-month marketing programs with integrated tactics and measurable outcomes
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities and collaborative mindset

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL

  • Meet all relevant stakeholders within marketing, sales, lead generation, and product
  • Work in partnership with demand gen and digital team to identify areas of opportunity/assessment of our campaign health
  • Build out integrated campaign plans for remainder of FY24

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL

  • Be in execution mode for demand generation programs
  • Help analyze initial performance with recommendations for optimization

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL

  • Be developing integrated campaign plans for 2026/2027

There is no expectation of approval for an international relocation for this job._The compensation range is specific to the posted job location and role and takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, performance, and market and peer comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills and/or hones current skills. A reasonable range estimate is $105,000 to $131,000 plus applicable bonus.
