About the Role:

As the SEO & Content Marketing Manager, you’ll own the organic growth strategy and execution for the team and their clients. You’ll build and scale SEO and content engines that generate sustainable demand, increase conversions, and amplify paid acquisition efforts.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role operating across both B2B and DTC audiences, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and content)
• Lead keyword research, content planning, and prioritization across multiple accounts
• Build and manage content calendars (blogs, landing pages, educational resources)
• Collaborate with Copywriters and Designers to create high-quality, conversion-focused content
• Track and optimize rankings, traffic, and conversion performance
• Conduct SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve site health
• Create scalable SEO playbooks tailored to telehealth and regulated industries.

What You Bring:

• 4–6+ years of experience in SEO and content marketing
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and search intent strategy
• Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4
• Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries (strong plus)
• Ability to think strategically while executing with precision.
