A scaling Telehealth team are looking to grow the team with a Lifecycle Marketing Manager – someone DTC focussed and a strength in being both hands on and strategic in nature.
The Digital Health Team:
This is a team rooted in the telehealth space, working with organisations and helping patients achieve their health goals through personalized, compassionate care. They offer a white label digital health platform that encompasses a suite of applications designed to support employee health, safety, and wellness and solutions to assist HR teams in managing various aspects of employee well-being.
The Role:
As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll own end-to-end lifecycle strategy and execution across multiple clients. Sitting at the intersection of consulting and hands-on delivery, you’ll design customer journeys and bring them to life inside CRM platforms. From onboarding and education to retention and reactivation, you’ll build the systems that directly impact customer lifetime value.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both strategic thinking and tactical execution, and wants to see measurable revenue impact from their work. The team are looking for ambitious builders who want to shape how lifecycle and growth marketing operate at scale in telehealth.
