As we expand our digital presence, we're looking for a design leader to help us deliver best-in-class digital experiences and powerful visual storytelling that reflects our global vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction & Design System: Develop and evolve a consistent, high-quality design system that brings our brand to life across all digital platforms.
Product & UI/UX Oversight: Lead the design of intuitive, clean, and visually compelling interfaces for web, mobile, and internal tools.
Team Leadership: Provide creative direction, mentorship, and performance feedback to junior/mid-level designers.
Visual Communication: Produce striking design assets for web, marketing campaigns, product launches, investor decks, and more.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and executive stakeholders to align design strategy with business goals.
Quality Control: Ensure design output is pixel-perfect, brand-consistent, and user-focused — from sketches to shipped product.
Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate our visual standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 4–6 years in UI/UX and visual design, including at least 1 year in a lead or mentorship role.
Portfolio: A strong, relevant portfolio is mandatory — demonstrating user interfaces, branding systems, and multi-platform design.
Tools: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); knowledge of prototyping tools is a plus.
Execution & Ownership: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take full ownership of the design lifecycle.
Mindset: Reliable, creative, self-directed, and quality-obsessed with excellent attention to detail.
Communication: Strong spoken and written English; clear in presenting ideas and receiving feedback.
