Lead Game Designer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Game Designer to lead the design and development of new products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of the game's core concept, mechanics, and gameplay loops.
• Manage creative ideation from pitching ideas to rapid prototyping.
• Define, plan and prioritize the game design tasks in accordance with the Product Owner.
• Plan, detail, and supervise the work of game design team.
• Define Game Design Documents (GDD) for various game systems.
• Collaborate on designing fair and engaging monetization systems that complement the gameplay.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in game design, with at least 2 years in a Lead role.
• Proven track record of designing successful mobile games from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of game design principles and theory, and the ability to apply it in practice.
• Understanding of industry trends, market, and target audiences.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed design decisions.
• Leader’s mindset and strong soft skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
