What You’ll Do
- Work with executive stakeholders to define and structure the product marketing strategy from the ground up.
- Own messaging, positioning, and user segmentation for a product that includes SEO, analytics, and AI.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and documentation across developers, marketers, and contributors.
- Use generative AI tools to support research, asset development, and iteration speed.
- Lay the groundwork for future API integrations.
What You’ll Deliver
- A structured, documented go-to-market plan tied to user personas and product roadmap.
- A working messaging strategy and positioning hierarchy for the first public-facing content.
- Coordinated execution of the first SEO + website push across the cross-functional team.
- A simple internal performance feedback loop to track adoption and user signals.
- A report or prototype showing how AI tools are used to improve research, messaging, or team workflows.
What You’ll Need
- 3–6 years experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or hybrid that blends strategy and execution.
- Experience working with technical teams and translating high-level vision into clear requirements and workflows.
- C1+ English, and resume in English.
- Ability to manage yourself and others in an unstructured environment.
- Applicable examples of using ChatGPT or Claude both personally and professionally.
Bonus Points
- Experience launching a product or MVP from scratch, including the full GTM lifecycle.
- Background in SEO-first content or analytics-focused product work.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Confluence, or other platforms for managing product delivery.
- Comfort working within and establishing Agile/Scrum workflows.
- Use of AI tools like Flux or Kling, or independent projects that show experimentation and initiative.
First 90 Days
- Define the product’s messaging and target users in collaboration with the CEO.
- Launch the first round of SEO and website content, ensuring clear roles and timelines.
- Set up a lightweight reporting process that tracks early engagement and conversion signals.
- Propose and test at least one AI-assisted messaging or process improvement.
- Deliver a clear roadmap for continued GTM work across content, analytics, and product scope.
