We're looking for a talented, detail-oriented designer to collaborate remotely with a fast-growing U.S. agency, working on high-impact print and digital campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Produce Multi-Channel Designs

• Develop high volumes of print and digital marketing assets for direct mail, CRM emails, web, and billboards.
• Resize and adapt creative for different formats and platforms.

Print & Pre-Press

• Prepare production-ready files with proper bleed, resolution, and color profiles.
• Solve printing issues and optimize layouts for best quality output.

Creative Proofing & Compliance

• Ensure designs meet brand standards and required approvals.
• Collaborate with project leads to deliver high-quality, error-free creative.

Execution & Communication

• Work with clear deliverables and deadlines.
• Communicate proactively on feedback, revisions, and project updates.

Collaborate & Grow

• Work alongside experienced designers and support junior team members.
• Stay ahead of U.S. market trends in print and digital marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing design (print & digital).
• C1 English or higher
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Experience preparing files for both print production & digital use.
• Self-starter mentality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at a fast pace without sacrificing quality.
• Resume IN ENGLISH preferably with creative assets in English
