Job Title: Software Engineer

Reports To: CTO & Co-Founder Ruaidhri

What will you do?:

• Build high quality software to provide a suite of AI agents for the recruitment industry.
• Work alongside a high quality team with best practices in Software Development
• Utilize AI to accelerate feature development
• Work with leading recruitment agencies to change the role of a recruiter

How are we doing it?

Proficiencies we need:

• Recent Angular 18/19 + Typescript (signals,rxjs) and .net (>7) + C#
• Asp.net core + REST API
• CSS (flex, grid, css variables)
• Testing
• Cypress (e2e & component testing)
• Unit testing (karma+jasmine / xunit)
• 3/5* years experience in software engineering

Experience we'd like

• Cosmos DB
• Angular material
• DevOps + CI/CD and Azure cloud
• Linux containerized apps / docker
• AI prompts + model training

*We don't need 5 years experience in both  UI and backend tech, but some experience in both is required.

While we'd love if you'd 5y across both, we understand engineers generally specialize

in one over the other, so 4 + 1 is good. If you're looking to upskill, that's also key..
