Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics for marketing collateral, product packaging, promotional materials, in-store signage, website banners, and social media content
• Maintain brand visual identity consistency across all materials
• Design and optimize digital assets for websites, e-commerce platforms, and social channels, campaigns, advertisements, email marketing, and promotional activities
• Ensure cohesion between online and offline visual elements
• Produce and optimize digital designs including product pages, banners, ad creatives, and campaign visuals
• Localize global brand visuals and content for the Japanese market
• Create simple video edits and motion content for social media, advertising, and e-commerce campaigns (as needed)
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team, marketing team, and global teams on creative production and improvement
• Refine creatives based on design performance metrics such as CV and CTR
• Support website building and management, product listing, collaboration workflows, and reporting tasks
• Handle other related duties as required by the company

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant work experience
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Business-level English proficiency or above
• Business-level Japanese proficiency or above
• Bachelor's degree
• Japan work permit required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global brands or in the retail/e-commerce industry
• Experience with basic video editing or motion graphics production
• Experience working in English (e.g., collaborating with overseas teams)

Work Conditions

• Employment type: Full-time (6-month probation period will be under a fixed-term employment contract).
• Location: Minato, Tokyo (1-min walk from Gaienmae Station, Ginza Line). Planned office relocation to central Tokyo within this year.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Flextime available).
• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese national holidays, Dec 31 – Jan 3, Labour Day (May 1), Obon holiday (one day in August).
• Paid leave: 10 days after 6 months, increases per Japanese labor law.
• Salary: ¥4,000,000 to ¥6,000,000 / year (negotiable based on skills & experience).
• Benefits: Full social insurance, company laptop, commute allowance, no indoor smoking.
• Remote work: Work from home available depending on business conditions.

• Webサイト・ECプラットフォーム・SNS向けデジタルアセット・キャンペーン広告・メールマーケティング・販促物のデザインの制作・最適化
• オンライン・オフラインのビジュアル要素の統一性を維持
• 商品ページ・バナー・広告素材・キャンペーンビジュアル等のデジタルデザイン制作および最適化
• グローバルブランドのビジュアルおよびコンテンツの日本市場向けローカライゼーション
• SNS・広告・EC施策向けの簡易な動画編集・モーションコンテンツの制作（必要に応じて）
• Eコマースチーム・マーケティングチームおよびグローバルチームとの連携によるクリエイティブ制作・改善
• デザインパフォーマンス（CV・CTR等）を踏まえたクリエイティブ改善
• WEBサイトの構築と管理・商品登録・コラボレーション・レポート業務
• その他、会社が必要と認める関連業務

応募条件

• 職務経験：1年以上
• Adobe Photoshop・Illustratorなど、Adobe Creative Suiteの実務経験
• 英語レベル：ビジネス会話レベル以上
• 日本語レベル：ビジネス会話レベル以上
• 最終学歴：大学卒（学士号）
• 就労ビザ：日本での就労許可が必要

勤務条件

• 雇用形態：正社員（試用期間6ヶ月は有期契約社員）
• 勤務地：東京都港区（銀座線 外苑前駅 徒歩1分）年内に移転計画あり（都心部）
• 勤務時間：9:00〜18:00（フレックスタイム制）
• 休日：土日・祝日・年末年始（12/31〜1/3）、5月1日、お盆休み（8月に会社指定の1日間）
• 有給休暇：6ヶ月後に10日付与、以降は労働基準法に準ずる
• 給与：400万円〜600万円（経験・スキルにより応相談）
