_The Product Manager will sit within the Business Insights team, driving the strategy, design, and delivery of internal analytics tools.

They Will Work Closely With

Analysts to define tool functionality and user experience.
Data Engineering to translate product needs into technical data requirements.
Business Partners (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Engineering, CX) to gather, prioritize, and validate business requirements.

Scope Of Responsibilities

Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for cross-functional internal analytics platforms.
Conduct customer discovery with business stakeholders to capture needs and define user journeys.
Partner with Analysts on insight delivery and tool design for maximum usability and adoption.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure backend data requirements and structures are aligned.
Lead enablement programs: onboarding, training, self-service documentation.
Drive adoption through data storytelling, visualization excellence, and change management.

Key Skills And Requirements

3–7 years experience owning product lifecycle (discovery to delivery).
Strong in data storytelling, KPI definition, dashboard UX, and business metrics.
SQL proficiency, familiarity with data platforms (BigQuery, dbt), BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
Experience working with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Engineering, CX, and Analytics Engineering teams.
Proven success creating onboarding programs, training sessions, and driving self-service analytics adoption.
Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, and embedding privacy/security best practices in analytics tools.
Ability to align analytics tool strategy with broader business goals and anticipate future needs.
Excellent communicator, highly organized, growth mindset, global perspective.

Base Salary Range

zł248,000.00 - zł372,000.00
