Here’s where you come in:

As Data Scientist, you will be a vital part of our data-driven decision-making process and moving World Vision into a more data-centric organization. You will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, developing machine-learning models, and building robust data pipelines to support our data-driven decision-making process.

You will be working on Partnership Data Capability across all different data sources from Our Impact Our Story (OIOS) including Sponsorship, Vision Fund, and Safeguarding, Finance, Grants, Disaster Management, Advocacy, Faith & Development and all other sectors.

You will focus on data analytics & data science focusing on business analytics, predictive analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, mobile, and AR/MR applications.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5–7 years of professional industry experience in quantitative analysis.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist and/or Data Analyst in real-time projects.
• Proven experience managing complex data acquisition tools and platforms.
• Certifications in Data Analytics or Data Science are required.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
