We’re hiring a performance-driven Paid Marketing Specialist to own strategy, build, optimisation, and reporting across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other paid social/display channels.
You’ll translate commercial goals into media plans, execute campaigns flawlessly, and deliver data-led insights to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- Conduct market, keyword, and audience research.
- Develop forecasts, channel mix, budget allocation, and testing roadmaps.
- Build media plans aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
Build & QA
- Develop high-performing account structures with clear naming conventions.
- Implement tracking (GA4/GTM), conversions, and pixels/tags.
- Maintain UTM governance and ensure clean data across all platforms.
- Manage feed quality and Google Merchant Center setup.
Campaign Management & Optimisation
- Manage bid/budget pacing and audience architecture (prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes).
- Regularly test and optimise creatives, targeting, and structure.
- Apply ongoing iteration to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative and CRO teams to ensure message and offer alignment across touchpoints.
Measurement & Reporting
- Build and maintain GA4 dashboards and weekly performance reports.
- Conduct cohort and funnel analysis, ensuring alignment between platform and GA4 data.
- Identify insights and actionable next steps through data-led analysis.
Compliance & Hygiene
- Ensure all campaigns meet platform policies and brand safety standards.
- Maintain documentation, scripts, alerts, and QA routines.
Must-Have Experience
- 5+ years managing multi-channel paid media at meaningful monthly spend.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (all types including Conversion, Lead, Dynamic, and Video campaigns)
- Pinterest Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Proven ability to lift ROAS/MER (e-commerce) and reduce CPL/CPA (lead generation).
- Strong proficiency in GA4, GTM, event mapping, Consent Mode v2, and UTM tracking.
- Advanced reporting skills in Databox/Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and regex.
- Clear understanding of funnel dynamics and incrementality testing.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Microsoft Ads/Bing, YouTube (in-stream/in-feed), DataFeedWatch/Channable, basic SQL/BigQuery, Hotjar/Clarity, and Shopify/WooCommerce/HubSpot.
KPIs You’ll Own
- Efficiency: CPA/CPL, ROAS/MER vs targets.
- Scale: Qualified lead volume or incremental revenue growth.
- Learning Velocity: Number of valid tests per month with documented learnings.
- Data Integrity: Tracking hygiene, low disapprovals, accurate pacing.

7 Days:
Gain access to all platforms, audit accounts and feeds, fix tracking gaps, pause waste, and set baselines.
30 Days:
Optimise structure, tracking, and feeds; run platform tests; deliver +10–15% CTR or +5–10% CVR improvement, or -10% CPL.
45 Days:
Scale winning campaigns across channels, expand tests, and achieve +5–10% incremental efficiency and growth.
