WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS platform that enables employers to allow their employees to work from anywhere without facing any compliance risks. We have 200+ clients using WorkFlex already, including Scout24, Biontech, Vodafone, Flix, and others.
🎯 What you will do
- Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on real user needs.
- Conduct concept validation through rapid prototyping and usability testing.
- Translate product specs and user stories into seamless, actionable visual designs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and developers in an Agile environment to bring features to life.
- Build and maintain our design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency.
- Communicate design rationale and user experience decisions clearly to stakeholders.
- Drive innovation by staying up to date on trends, best practices, and tools.
⭐ What you need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer (with a strong portfolio to prove it).
- Hands-on proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping).
- Strong understanding of responsive design - especially for mobile applications.
- Prior experience working on SaaS products, ideally in B2B.
- Familiarity with CSS frameworks and collaborating with Angular frontend teams.
- Experience in creating, evolving, and managing design systems.
- Deep empathy for users and a clear understanding of product usability and psychology.
- Eagerness to learn, iterate fast, and bring fresh design ideas to the table.
- German language skills are a plus, but not required.
