🤖 The Workflow: Orchestrating Agents over Manual Coding

At WorkFlex, we operate differently. We don't want you spending 8 hours a day manually typing boilerplate.

• Agentic Excellence: We use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Lovable to handle the heavy lifting. You are the orchestrator who guides the AI to build scalable, secure, and elegant systems.
• IDE-Light: We focus on the Architect’s Mind. If you are a senior dev who is already prompt-engineering your way to 10x productivity, you will fit right in. If you haven't mastered agents yet but are eager to learn the future of engineering, we will help you get there.

🎯 What will you do

• Own the Product: You will be part of an autonomous team of 5, reporting to an Engineering Team Lead. You are not a ticket-taker; you work on an equal footing with Product Managers to decide what we build.
• Fullstack Stewardship: You will balance between Java (Spring Boot) and Angular (TypeScript). Most days it is a 50/50 split, but you and your agents are comfortable shifting where the impact is needed most.
• High-Stakes Security: Since we handle sensitive global compliance data, you own the security of your applications. From integrating best practices to thinking like a pentester, you ensure our platform remains a fortress.
• End-to-End Delivery: From initial system design to cloud infrastructure and deployment, you and your team own the full lifecycle.

⭐What You Need to Succeed

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience. You have enough battle scars to know when code is good and when it is simply hallucinated by an AI.
• Agentic Curiosity: You are either already using AI agents to accelerate your workflow or are deeply excited to start.
• The Tech Stack: Solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular/TypeScript. You should be comfortable moving between the backend and frontend seamlessly.
• Ownership: You thrive in a results-oriented, meeting-light culture. You don't need a manager to tell you what to do next.
• Security Mindset: You do not need to be a security researcher, but you must take pride in writing secure code and understanding modern threat landscapes.
• Communication: You are fluent in English.
