🎯 Role Snapshot

• Work directly alongside the CTO to ship features at startup speed.

• Hands-on coding → full stack (React, Node.js, Python or similar).

• Turn ideas & feedback into features in days, not months.

• Handle end-to-end dev: frontend, backend, integrations, debugging.

• Contribute to architecture, roadmap, and product strategy.

⏱️ Engagement Terms (Non-Negotiable)

• First 3 months: Pro-bono (no or minimal payment).

• Commitment: 4–6 hrs/day, 5 days/week (part-time contract).

• Transition to full-time after proving capability (salary + ESOPs).

• Once full-time → expect 60–70 hr weeks (startup grind).
